I avoid this whenever possible. Not only is paper back cheaper, but it is so much easier to hold and read. If I have to have it RIGHT then, and it is not available in paperback, I will buy it (though I try to get it at a used book store) otherwise I just buy paperbacks.

It depends. If a book is only available in a hardcover at the time I want to buy it, then I will get the hardcover. I usually prefer paperbacks though; they're cheaper.

I desire paper myself, generally because of the fact of cost, convenience, and the reality that I very own a rather good variety of books (greater paperbacks greater healthful on the cabinets). i assume it relies upon on how badly you choose issues to examine or in case you choose them by surprise. you will desire to purchase what's accessible in paper now and sometime next summer season (by utilising journey, a rather good variety of hardcovers develop into commerce or mass marketplace paperbacks some 3 hundred and sixty 5 days after preliminary launch), purchase the final one. Hardcover often does put off greater proper, in spite of the undeniable fact that it fees greater, on worry-free $25-30 as unfavourable to the $7-8 of paperbacks. You get what you pay for.

every 2 to 3 days, my to read pile is always 10 or 12 books high. i got rid of a bunch when i moved to de a few months ago, but i had to catalog the remaining ones to keep from duplicating titles (they re-issue with different covers or titles all the time) right now i have 956 books and 80% are hardcovers...........my addiction! you can never have too much information or knowledge, lolololol thats my excuse/reason anyway.

Every semester for school.Otherwise I tend to buy paper backs for my regular reading habits, with the exception of The Da Vinci Code (it was hardcover).

I just bought one last week, but I buy them only when I can afford them which not very often. Sometimes I buy them at library book sales.

HARDCOVER IS ALL I WILL BUY.
IT'S EASIER FOR ME TO RAD THE HARDCOVER THAN THE PAPERBACK. PAPERBACKS ALSO GET MESSED UP EASIER THAN THE HARDCOVER BOOKS.
