Every time a US factory shuts down and moves to China or Mexico, the Republicans try to smooth things over by offering job training and education. Zenith left here a few years ago and every one went to college. After getting degrees, they could not link up with jobs. Even with high tech and computer training they were unable to get anything like they had before as far as salary and benefits. Hopefully Americans are getting wise to this. China is entering the auto industry with a model like Japan and Europe, not like the US. Of course we will be a huge market for them. Goodbye US automakers! What has Bush done about this?

Too true. Globalization and the creation of a single world financial organization has been the goal of the rich elite for centuries. It is already here and it`s here to stay, we suffer for it now and will continue to do so.

Democrats and Republicans are both responsible and the American people have allowed this. We are all responsible for the mess our country is in. We don't know who we vote for and so many don't care. We vote for people who lie with ease and we don't bother to check it out or let them know how we feel. So I apologize to those concientious few who take voting seriously, and say we have the government we deserve.

this can't be blamed on Bush except he could have put the braes on , but, the one to blame is Clinton and the voters should remember this when they go tithe polls and Mrs Clinton tells her lies as she was very instrumental in getting this legislation passed, for N.A.F.T.A.of course our unions and management are to blame for their share of our jobs going out of the country,,when a company has got to pay a man for not working that is a burden on all of us,and when management is so stupid the won't change their tactics in order to be competitive that is a shame ,

I do believe NAFTA needs to be renegotiated. We are losing too much. I've watched a lot of factories shut down and down size, it's a bad deal.

I honestly think that all of this hoopla about jobs going overseas is over exaggerated. That's just my opinion.
