I hear about thousands of homes waiting to go to New Orleans, but...?

I don't see thousands of people wanting to go back to those homes. Whats up with that?

Hey some people don't need a hurricane to fall on them to know that that city is just to low. Something needs to be seriously done to those sea walls.
