Yes, just about any chest size can cause back problems. Especially if your breast develop quickly. You back needs to support the extra weight you've gained in the front. If you don't have good muscle tone, than you back will hurt until your muscles develop. Try getting an underwire bra, or if your in a lot of pain, go for a posture bra. They are designed to provide extra back support. Then start some sort of workout routine. It does not need to be intense, just something basic, like swimming or playing tennis. Push-ups and crunches will also help.

When I was your age mine were those size, now I wear 36DDD. I had back pain then. And for a little while I couldn't sleep on my back because I literally could not breathe. But the pain comes and goes it has to do with your frame. My back is small so I had problems. But you eventually grow out of it. Just give it time you aren't finished growing yet. You have about three more years to go. You might just have to buy a different bra to move the support area. Try buying a bra that has four or more snaps on the back, those tend to ride lower on your back than the ones with two snaps. That will move the area of support and put less strain on that area of your back. Good Luck with that. God Bless.

It depends on your frame size. If you are tiny, it might be enough to gove you back problems. Most women would suffer no ill-effects from 34C though. Make sure that you go to have a good bra fitted though (M&S in the UK?) - avoid "fashion" underwear for daily use, as with a C you do need adequate support.
It is far more likely that your posture at school is not good. It is very important to sit straight while you are growing, not stoop or slump over your desk. If you are athletic, you might have damaged something, which might need medical attention. If you are not, you would almost certainly benefit from upping your activity levels.

34C is pretty average, but maybe your bra isn't as supportive as it could be. Ask your mom to take you to a department store that offers bra fittings. Getting the right size can make all the difference. You might have to spend a little more for a good bra, but it's worth it. Good luck!

I doubt it - that's not even average sized.
The biggest cause of back pain in women is an ill-fitting bra. You need to be properly fitted - maybe you are bigger than a 34C and wearing the wrong size bra?

I wear that size and don't have back pain because of it.
However, some breasts are more dense, and therefore heavier, than others. The weight matters more than the size.
You do say you're 15. If your breasts have gotten bigger recently, like in the last six months, the extra weight might be straining things.
It might be totally unrelated. See a doctor and have them check it out. If they can't find anything wrong, just mention that you thought it might be your breasts.

You really do need to see a doctor, not only to check your breasts to see if they are the problem, but to also see if there is any other underlying problems (backstrain, tenderness, injury) that might be causing it.
You are still growing, also. the body changes are not yet complete, so there will be some pain during adjustment. Best thing to do is consult your doctor and follow his/her advice. Good luck!

I would doubt your back pain was breast related. You need a spinal evaluation..
