The problem is that I can not imagine being such a master, I can only conceive of my humanity and such I can only answer the question from that perspective, my apologies for that. Now, with that in mind, I would find a lack of fences to be perfectly insufferable. First of all, a lack of mexican-border jokes would damper the overall happiness of the world significantly. Second of all, there are just too many references to various types of fences to remove the fence from human history in a pleasing manner. I mean c'mon, the wall of china? The Berlin Wall? Critical parts of human history. And besides, what would astronauts have to gander at from space without the Wall of China? I'd imagine they'd be profusely bored without it. Also, let's not forget the classic tale of Tom Sawyer. What would he paint if not a white picket fence? Would he try to seduce Huckleberry Fynn into painting a line on the ground? I think not. There is additionally the matter of dogs. Where would we keep these creatures without a fence? Millions would have to be spent on crack teams of dog catchers to constantly apprehend our canines! What a travesty when there are people starving throughout the world. Finally, prisoners would be confined to their cells all day long without play. As would school children! The world without fences is clearly bleak, and as master of the universe I would most certainly keep them.

The Great master of the universe-God created the ultimate fences or should I say walls-4 walls of time to confine electromagnetism-without these walls there'd be no time, there'd be no life

Sure. But I wouldn't have one. And I wouldn't outlaw running through them. In fact, in most cases, I'd encourage vandalization of the fences.
