You could use a Bleaching cream. (Ambi)
Or you could have Dermabrasion plastic surgery.
Try a Face peel. It may lighten it.

Try bio oil which you can get from most pharmacies, boots stores etc it is around £8.99 for 60ml, a little goes a long way and lasts a while. I love it and definately recommend it, I used it morning and night and saw a difference in a few weeks time, but all depends on the scars etc so may take longer. This is what it says about it: Bio-Oil® is a specialist skincare oil for the face and body, specifically formulated to help reduce the appearance of scars, stretch marks and uneven skin tone. Bio-Oil's unique combination of ingredients are highly effective for ageing skin and provide significant relief from the discomfort associated with dry, itchy and flaky skin. Bio-Oil® contains Vitamin A and Vitamin E, Calendula, Lavender and Rosemary oils, and Chamomile extract. Bio-Oil contains no preservatives. Suitable for all ages and skin types. Bio-Oil® is a "dry" oil which is non-greasy and non-staining. Good luck :)

pray...hard! i had dark marks on both sides of my nose for 9 years- from beginning of high school up to about a few months ago (u can imagine what that did do my budding self-esteem). i prayed about it a lot when i first got them, and after awhile i stopped in college and just got used to the fact that i'd be wearing make up all my life everywhere i went. it seems superifcial to pray about something like this, but God is good, and he does answer prayer- even when we forget about it for awhile b/c it seems petty. now i have skin that people keep complimenting me on, which feels weird at times b/c i'm so used to wearing make up. oh it feels good to be free from make up!
