Have you been disappointed, because of the outcome of something you had been looking forward to turnout differently than you had expected? 1)What were you expecting? 2) what did you get (what was the outcome) 3) what did you learn from the experiance.

Oh yes, so often that I've lost the count of it. I don't feel like writing examples of what I expected and how it turned out, but to give you a rough picture, I've nicknamed my husband "yoyo". He changes his mind so often when it's time for big decisions that I go through excitement and disappointment stages back and forth several times on every decision. What I've learned from it is to not get my hopes up, don't expect too much, just wait and see how things turn out and I'll believe it when I see it.
