How new is the image of satellite on Google?

Do you know how new the image of the satellite is on Google map?

depends on where you are looking..We have been in our new home for over a year and it still doesnt show us..but our neighbor thats been there for six it does.. Really depends like they are updating new orleans because of katrina but the sat images aren't updated but every several years.. i think that its usually about every seven years unless something in the news happens..You can email customer support and ask them the age of a particular location and they can tell you ..
