I personally think there is too much debate on the matter, because the truth really lies somewhere between the two and they'll never be a complete answer from one side or the other.
We inherit alot of our physical characteristics from our parents, such as facial features, height, etc. Some would go further and say things such as temperament "I have my mother's temper.' and so on, can also be inherited. Even to memories, some say that when people go into a hypnotic trance and remember past lives it is actually inherited memory from their ancestors.
Having said that sexuality isn't meant to be confined to the restrictions of 'gay' or 'straight' All our friendships are based on some level of attraction, but often it is our social morals that tell us not to go further in certain cases and determine what our 'comfort zone' is.
The short of it is it doesn't matter the fact of the matter is you know what you want out of life and relationships and as long as you are not breaking any laws e.g pedophilia, etc then why shouldn't you explore your sexuality regardless of what the inherent causes might be behind your decisions and feelings.

My personal belief is that 'homosexuality' is a product of a mixture of environment and genetics. Like a predisposition to liking a particular fruit, that only becomes evident when you are presented with that fruit. I'm a lesbian but I'm sure that if I were born a 100 years ago I would have married a man and had a life filled with unenjoyable sex. I wouldn't have known it could be any different.
Another point - my brother is gay too, but I'm not sure if it's coincidence or not as no one else in my family shows any homosexual tendencies at all.

there's a conceivable of a few kind. many times little ones make alternatives and they don't bear in mind figuring out on or the impression that befell to them. once in touch in something someone may construct traits from this or they could not. The recommendations purely is familiar with. Or it relies upon on all the impacts. operating example many little ones which have gender nonconformity are frequently considered as gay, that is a separate difficulty, yet they could have extra impression in route of them for turning out to be gay. little ones molested by an similar gender at early a lengthy time period, even as they don't recognize that is inaccurate, many times kind sights on similar gender. some forget initial impression, besides the undeniable fact that the impression nonetheless remains. some little ones try. call calling may even reason a baby to imagine they're gay, then they could try, and this may impression a baby. many times little ones forget, and they say they replaced into born this way. similar to even as a baby is brought on to be heterosexual. that is a decision from impacts to boot.

I think there is. I know several families where 2 and 3 of the children in a family were gay.

I think it is genetic. It seems to run in one family I know. From and uncle to a sister-in-law. Not everyone in the family has the gene, but I do believe it exists.

How can it be biologically inherited, if there is a gay gene? Are not genes passed between heterosexual contact only?
