I am cheating on my wife with a man. This man is my new life, and i want to have sex with him badly but im afraid to tell him i have hiv, because he might dump me, what should i do.

If you don't tell and pass it on you could be convicted. You have a moral obligation to tell everybody that you might have sex with your HIV+ status.

The key here is honesty. You have to come clean to your wife, and you should leave her so she can get on with her life. This guy that you're seeing .....you have to tell him you're HIV positive.

Tell your wife and kid that you are gay. Come clean with them man.

tell him, tell your wife too. I suggest becoming celibate so you don't spread your disease.
