the first law of newton:A body continues to be in a state of rest or of uniform motion along a straight line unless an external force acts on it. The easy concept of first law is -If a body or an object is at rest ,then it has no motion.But if that body continues to move along the straight line constantly(with same speed) and unless a force is not appplied to it,it cant be stopped.
like,on an inclined plane,the speed of a body increases when it rolls down and decreases when climb up.
