For the sake of argument, if he was awarded joint custody, could he receive child support (even if he is denied spousal support or alimony per terms the prenuptual agreement)?

Bigwheeler19 explains things well, though I must say "ouch." I hope the judge will consider that Federline never sought custody of his first two children. In fact, he doesn't pay child support for the first two either, though according to Shar Jackson, does help her pay for their private schooling.

LMFAO!! i'm sorry...the fact that any judge would grant him any custody whatsoever is so freaking hilarious i almost peed in my pants.

but yes...anytime a child is not in the custody of a parent, the other parent is responsible for paying child support. regardless of any premarital agreements.

Never, Ever ! Remember this Money talks, & Britney has alot of it, more money than Kevin will ever have, & the courts will see it 'her way. Also Kevin signed that prenuptual that says Britney gives him only $300,000.00 for half the time of each year they're married. If Kevin is smart, he wouldn't divorce her, then he would have it made, money wise & his kid wise. But then he couldn't be with any other women, or just don't get caught, & I just can't imagine him doing either of the latter. ~"AngeLoner"~

He dosent give a D***m about those children hes on opportunist looser all he cares about is the money and by doing what hes doing with the sex tape proves it.

No, I don't think he will be awarded soul custody of their children, but I do think he should be granted joint custody. He and Britney made those babies and they should both get 50% custody of them. I personally don't believe in child support if they both are granted 50% custody of their children. As far as spousal support or alimony, I DON'T THINK SO KEVIN!

No because I am sure he does not even want custody of the children he just wants his share of her money. It was dumb of her to marry his broke down butt anyway.

If you have joint custody, neither parent receives child support because both parents have the children for equal amounts of time. If he had full custody of the children, that would be a different story but I can't see that ever happening.

Yes, under a joint physical custody or other joint custody arrangement, he would get child support because his wife makes more. Each parent's contribution is a set percentage. Brit makes more, her percentage is higher, K-Fed gets paid. Ka-ching! Somewhere a village is misssing it's idiot.
