I dont want girls giving me answers unless your brother plays or you have a boyfriend who plays and U actually know his bench and bodyweight which is doubtful. Help me out bros...

Well, it's going to vary greatly from team to team, especially from small schools to larger ones.
But if you're at a larger school, I'd say a LB could go about 180-190.

And if you can bench about 225 or more, you should be able to get the job done.
Don't be a bench-monkey and neglect your legs, though. Squats and the hip sled are what really build explosiveness.
And make sure you're working your shoulders and back so you don't bench too much and pull your shoulders out of joint (it happens).

I'm half way through my freshman year, played offensive tackle. I bench 185 (and increasing) and squat 345. I weigh 205-ish. I can squat more than almost all of our varsity football team
