If i were u...and i really need the money...i'd just bear with it for another 6 weeks...just do what needs to be done. And if i manage to save up some money...i'd use a portion of it to buy myself something nice as a reward for being stronger and hanging on

If you hate your job so much, then you should just leave. If you are strapped for money than you might have to stick it out. However, if it is making you sick then you should just go. It is not worth putting your self through misery if not necessary. Life is already stressful enough. Many stores are looking for seasonal work for the upcoming holidays, so if your job is really bad, maybe you can work at a retail store or something else seasonal to make an extra few bucks and start your new job in January.
Good luck to you.

Stay at your job until January. I realize you hate it but it does pay the bills. Plus Christmas is right around the corner. Just hang in there for a month and a half.

You didn't really give any details about the job or why you hate it. If it's just boring or repetitive, or not something you get excited about, it's probably easier to keep it until the other one is about to start. You could plan a short period of free time in between jobs to reward yourself. If it is affecting your physical or mental health, or you are being treated badly, maybe it is time to leave.

Hang tough! Stick it out. Just repeat the mantra "1 1/2 More months") You will get through it, and you don't want to not have a job for that long...or get something just for that short of a time.

I won't be long b4 you are out, if it's the money you need then stay 'til then. It'll keep you honest. Good Luck in your new job come January and make the best of it til then. Think of it this way, if you stay and change to a better place then YOU WIN!

i've been in that situation. figure out if u have enough money to make it till january. you'll want to by christmas presents probably, and you want to make sure u have enough money for unexpected emergencies. i recently quit a job that i hated, but i knew i had enough money to make it for awhile. if it's just the pay that's bothering u and u need the money badly, stick to it, u only got till january. it will be here sooner than u know it.

If you really can't stand it and can afford to quit then you should quit. You're getting a new job soon anyway. If you can't afford it, is there something that can be changed to make it better? Just remember you only have a few weeks to go. You will get through it. Good Luck!!!

I would try to hold on until the new job comes along in January. If you quit now and didn't have any money for the holidays, you'd be really bummed.
