Depends which accounts you are referring to. If you mean your bank accounts, I suggest you go into your local branch ASAP with as much evidence as you can get your hands on, and file a fraud claim. Shut off all cards, change all passwords and pin numbers, and open up new accounts with new numbers. Any self respecting bank will be more than happy to assist you as much as possible. Keep all paperwork and be sure to follow up with a bank employee if any new charges come up.

Call the police like was suggested and whatever accounts they are using and let them know of what is going on they will put a stop to any further use on them.

It depends on what accounts you are talking about. If it's checking or savings account (close them at your local bank). If it's credit cards, report them stolen (file a police report). If it's online theft report it online with the three repositories (Equifax, TransUnion and Experian).
