i love when ppl post quotes saying "yeah, well, your democrat buddies talked about the wmd's too!".

thats right, they did. and then they found out that we were all lied to. so, when presented with new facts, they changed their minds about something, which is what reasonable ppl do. they dont just "stay the course" when they find out something they did/said was wrong.

cheney is a giant douche, a walking pile of living garbage, a crooked business man, and a hypocrite. he's so old that he cant tell the difference between an 80 year old man and an oxygen deprived pigeon, and it causes him to shoot people in the face. for as long as i can remember, we've been made aware that Saddam is one of the bad guys.... then shouldnt any good american steer away from doing business with him?

funny, there are a lot of pictures of him shaking hands with saddam..... but, i guess oil can buy a nicer for you opinion any day.

Yes he should but he won't. He spends most of his time gambling in Dubai, where they won't arrest him anyway. Obviously he either "got religion" about invading Iraq, or he saw an opportunity for huge profit taking in the adventure. Which one do you think? We'll have to wait for the World Court to charge him, or perhaps for the democrats to impeach him.

He said torture could be acceptable, under some circumstances.

I can imagine extreme circumstances where I might agree... but I can also imagine infinitely more situations where it would be abused.

I don't trust government with deciding when torture is acceptable.

Cheney should be prosecuted for criminal stupidity on the subject of torture.

Allow me to educate you! You want quotes? You can't handle quotes! Here's one from your liberal tree hugging queen of flip-flop, Nancy Pelosi:

"As a member of the House Intelligence Committee, I am keenly aware that the proliferation of chemical and biological weapons is an issue of grave importance to all nations. Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the region and he has made a mockery of the weapons inspection process." - Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D, CA), Dec. 16, 1998.
