why people in Europe and USA hate Islam?

People have a tendency to fear what they don't know. I have explored Islam and find nothing wrong with the religion. Not all people are haters. Just like all Muslims don't hate us all. Islam is a very docile and peace loving religion from what I have learned. Fanatics can twist any religion to suit their needs.

I do not hate Islam. But I am rather concerned with the nut job extremists that want to erase Israel from the map as well as the Western countries and their way of life. And the fact that the "good" Islamic people are not doing something about these people. The very people who will eventually cause the world to hate Islam.

This makes me wonder why Islam hates the US and Europe?

I am sure there are a number of people that actually "hate" Muslims.
But I suspect that most don't.
Those that do are probably pretty religious people themselves.

Because Islam hates USA, Israel and European countries. It is their goal to try to get everyone to join the Muslim faith. Read the Koran and you will quickly see that I am correct. If you require quotes from the Koran according to what Mohammud told the people I will be pleased to comply. Jihad is against all of us and even moderate Muslims must comply in certain ways to cooperate with the Jihadists.

We don't. I can't speak for Europeans, but the USA honors freedom of religion. It's in our constitution. Muslims are free to practice their religion openly in the United States. How can you say such a thing? Would I be allowed to go to Saudi Arabia and openly profess Jesus as my Lord and Savior on the streets?
