Hey! I don't have morning sickness, either and I'm not worried.
But then...Guys don't GET that do we? (I do get fatigued thinking about it. The wife does fatigue AND morning sickness, though.)

My mother went her entire pregnancy without being sick. Me, on the other hand, was sick thru my entire pregnancy. Take heart. If everything is looking fine at Doctor's appointments, then all is well!

There is no problem at all, as long as your routine med exams indicate all well! You are healthy, you are good! Have a good full term, totally trouble free: good luck!
