Usually, if it's a normal sneeze. I hate the sneezes that lead to a chain reaction of 6 or 7 consecutive sneezes.

I have a love/hate relationship with sneezing.
Sometimes it feels really good to just let it fly, as you described. It seems to clear my head.
However, if you have ever had any back problems, this can sometimes bring you great pain. I have sneezed so hard that I regretted it for a couple of days.

no - i have this weird thing where whenever i sneeze, i have to do three sneezes in a row - and it's not fun! and it's not something that i make myself do, i think it's like a psyological reaction, and it's really annoying/hard when i'm in the middle of doing something - and people never know when to say 'bless you' and end up saying it three times - and these are full out sneezes each time, and it's hard to breathe inbetween as they usually come really quickly in a row....haha thanks for lettin me vent about my weird sneezing troubles :)

Actually, I really do. That is the best feeling, when you have to sneeze so bad that it hurts and then you do sneeze and you feel this huge pressure lifted off of you. It actually seems to reduce tension.
