Well they might just start killing off people as a form of population control and they will dump the bodies in the Kruger National Park. The bodies will rot and affect the plantation that the elephants eat. This may cause death to the elephants therefore affecting the elephant population in the Kruger National Park!

The others who have answered your question have assumed you mean overpopulation of the elephants.
The thing is they are already overpopulated and the rangers have already had culling (killing) operations in the park - they kill a whole family these days because if they kill the adults and keep the children they become very traumatized at having seen their families taken out. Much like humans actually.
They have undergone very successful re-location projects more recently and so that helps for a generation or so.
I think a more serious problem is how the humans overpopulation in that are will impact on all the animals in the Kruger Park and what the rangers can do about that one.

the overpopulation of elephants? Well elephants are by their very nature destructive creatures pushing over trees and destroying vegetation where they go. You can literally follow the path that they cut through the landscape.
They will destroy the vegetation that so many other animals depend on to live, however culling is not the only option. A through way is being developed (or has been) where the kruger populations can move up in to Mozambique thus giving them more space to roam.

The elephants will eat everything that is available. Then they will destroy the trees to get more food. This will lead to a disruption in the eco system as other animals will get no food etc.
