not sure why you are asking yourself that question ?
do you know their legal status for sure ?
if i were you ? i would not, if the case was the other way around ?
alot of people struggle in life , and if you were in bad shape ? would you want to be reported ?
no,for myself i would not , because ? what goes around comes around ?
just let them live in peace .....be kind to others if you can .....are they a nuisance to you ? doing crime,thefts?
of course the decision is yours.......if in a legal status ? you will look pretty bad and may get trouble with them ? it would bring hatred or other consequences .
live your life and be grateful for what you have and do ))

If you're not sure that they are illegal don't do it. How would you feel if your life was interupted because you had an accent and brown skin? Even if they are legal they must go through a process to prove it. So if you're going to do it, be sure they are illegal.
