Hey I have instructions! I can only do it by doing this:
Put the tip of your tongue on your bottom, back-most teeth (try either side) and run your tongue along your teeth, to the front-bottom ones. When I do this my tongue has turned on its side / upside-down. Works for me! Tell me if it works for you

I can turn it to the left & right and curl it and also roll it in and out. Can also tie a cherry stem into a knot. YEA!!!!
