Yes i have succeeded. I knew I would be wasting my time if I do not use it properly at all time. so I started to learn new things when ever i got time from my busy schedule or when ever I was free. Today I am fully occupied and find time is short and work is more. Yet i enjoy it because i am doing that which interested me the most. Even answering Yahoo questions is one such activity.

No, I didn't.
I don't know what motivates me to do anything. Like many people without options, I try to keep myself as comfortable as possible while I wait to die.
In that context, efficient time management is irrelevant. What would I do with all that well-managed time, besides engage in more efficient dying?
Try to keep things in perspective. If you can afford the luxury of worrying about time management, then your life is already far better than that of most people in the world. Enjoy your existence and try not to worry so much.

Yes, I have succeeded a number of times.
Qualities that I cherish :
Integrity, loyalty, good team work, good communication, good interpersonal skills while dealing with Management, colleagues and subordinates, keeping my mouth damn shut and not to gossip, not to become a prey by someone's diplomatic games, being honest, fair and just but at the same time do that with enough diplomacy, anticipations of things that could happena and effect me +vely or -vely, good feelings for everyone with whom I communicate but no extra-talks, no loose-taks what-so-ever
and of course,
intelligent and hard work.
Total professionalism
What moves me to do these things - "inner strenght" and zeal, respect for right things

Be very time conscious, and inculcate a habit of punctuality and have a sense of timeliness.
Set priorities for things to do. Everyone of us may have a list of things to do everyday (running errands, shop for daily necessities, finish up an important project, etc, etc), but we have to have a priority for things to be done. The 3 most important things to do may take up most of our allocated time. This is also known as the Pareto Principle.
Passion is an important factor in driving people towards spending lots of time on certain things, and in driving them to do it well. Learn to love things we do and that can include our work. Some successful people like/love their work. I personally look forward to each new day - to go to the office to work (and work is almost like a hobby to me).
