ok if someone is 13 and someone else is 16 and they kiss is theyre anything wrong with thtat like legally

Age is only a number. It depends on how you carry yourself at your age. However, we are taught they sex comes after marriage. But just say things get to the point that you and that person want to experiment. It is worth giving your virginity up to that person. I am assuming the 13 year old is the female. Is this person going to feel comfortable at 18 dating a 15 year old? What about at 21 dating an 18 year old? Is that person going to feel comfortable that they cannot go out to certain places because their girlfriend is under age?

Kissing is a very power thing. Kissing can be just water under the bridge, and not have that much many behind it. I know at one point in my life. I kissed a girl just to be doing it. It was an agreement between the two of us. However if you feel that you might slightly love this person. A kiss is being done. What if it turns into more?

Being with someone older. Might mean you have to grow up faster. Say this person want to do something. Are you going to be mature enough to handle whatever it might be? Are you going to want to just remain your young carefree self at your age?

NOTHING in life is guaranteed. SO do not expect too much from this with the 16 year old.

In about 6 years you will both be old enough to date each other and no one will care, but right now no MOM wants her 13 year old hanging with any 16 year old. Sorry, that's real life.

nothing but if they want to have some love feeling i thing is not a age to understand of love or infatuation legally no problem but socially and principle does not consider good at this stage

No it's legally fine but sexual intercourse below 16 in apparently illegal but everyone does it anyway.
