Little successes at a time. remember the times that you felt good about yourself and do the things that bring that feeling to you.
Never mind critics, they are usually criticizing the things that make them uncomfortable about themselves.

Look at yourself in the mirror, at your scattered pimples and everything and say to yourself:
"I AM HANDSOME, AWESOME, AMAZING, WONDERFUL, AND BREATHTAKING."
Think of at least one or more traits about yourself that not a lot of people have.
If you learn to love yourself, people will love you more too :)

focus on things your good at, and excel at them, hang around people who make you feel good, that are positive.but before any of that, learn to love yourself..look in the mirror and see the good person you are...good luck!! :)

read more...go to more places that you dont usuallly go to..get to meet other ppl in different circles..but do read more..the more you learn.the moreself confidence you will have
