anyways...side story
when my younger brother was 3 1/2 years old, my parents were feeding him rocky road and hit bit into the icecream and cuthis front gum line on an nut shell. We had to take him to hospital and he recieved 5 stitches.
My parents contacted the icecream manufacture ready to sue but the company made an offer to pay the medical expenses and we recieved free icecream for a year.
