Here this teacher would have committed a crime just by associating with her during lunch breaks .He is in a responsible position and sould no better .If you have a principal or headmaster of the school tell them what is going on if not tell her parents they should go to the police and report this teacher even though there may be no sexual contact it is still a violation of his authoritive position.

Let's say the teacher like this student too--it's going to end in a lawsuit with the teacher being jailed. Dating a student is a big no-no.
Let's say the teacher thinks that she is helping the student grow--the student will eventually get hurt after realizing that she never really did love him.
Sadly, this infatuation. Someone is going to get hurt, and the best thing you can do is be there for your friend.

Let it happen, an older man is always good for a young gal... quit being such a jealous person....because lets be honest, that's what this comes down to.....fear....and jealousy. Don't do anything about it and relish in your friends happiness. Our society is so uppity about stuff like this when only a few decades ago 35 yr old men were picking out 12 year olds to marry and it's how this country got going as well. Don't worry about it.....if she starts complaining or doesn't like it then try and help her, otherwise, just be happy for her....It's natural for some chicks to dig older men. be well, jack

i think this is the side of your friend that you cannot handle but sometimes giving her some advised could probably give some sense to her mind but think first before you do a complicated conversation like this take it slow then maybe she could catch what's your point about this, but if the situation is going into some critical stage better yet ask you teacher for what is his purpose in doing a relationship with your friend but you have to do this in private.good luck

Is this high school? Why do they eat lunch together every day? You should report it they are probably sleeping together! Talk to your dean or counselor!

I don't think eating lunch together is hurting any body. If it goes any further I would say something to the school principal.
She has a crush, It doesn't mean he has the same feelings.

well I think as long as nothing else happens .. that she just has a crush..everything will be ok. but if you hear her talk about actually goin somewhere with him, i would be worried. if that happens, tell the principal.
