well tie a cinder block to your PENIS and throw it out a window. You should see results in about one second.

Yes you safely can. Those that mention pain and healing were doing something wrong. Any method or product you have to pay for is a scam. Get free information at thundersplace.org.
It will probably take 2 months of work before you start to see any measurable results. Plan on one or two years of work to reach any goal you set. This is a very slow process, no way to do it quickly.

THere's some indian culture back in the day that practiced what they called 'jelquing', since supposedly during those times the bigger it was, the higher up in ranks or 'royalty' material were you considered (bad grammar so what sue me). ANYWAY, it's on the internet, but it's a method of 'milking' the penis so to speak, kind of a milking excercise that is a hellaciously long process, but supposedly is the only VIABLE and reasonable evidence to penis enlargement....UNFORTUNATELY, these things have to be done while your young and still growing, as once you've stopped growing..so does everything else...reason is cause like african tribes, and the women who have the rings around their neck, and also the lip/ear holes that are freakin huge and they stuck those plates in....it kinda reverts to that kind of long process of development out of the human body...hope it HELPS!

i know a guy that did (even thought he didn't need to) and he was not very happy with the results. it was painful when he would get an erection, and it took a long time to heal.
