if it's for citizenship then it's not that easy any more. you have to be married for more then 7 years and or have kids together. Plus you still have to get a pay lawyer to do the paper work for you.

why do you need a paper marriage? to become a citizen?... try doing it the right way instead of hindering the institution of marriage
