Reservation Policy in Indian have become a leprocy in them. It was started to make stand the lame sc,sts and backwards by giving them a baishakhi. and this reservation policy has became a politicians weapon to fight against the pol and make a vote bank . But the idiats are not carering for the braindrains. I have a good example of reservation a UCO Bank , Senior manger who was a backward was unable to solve a small problem of the customer and for which he has to call always a clerk. and its amaging that the whole bank which is full of sc, st and backwards are fully dependable on single clerk who is from forward community. this is the great example for any one who can calculate the loss of the country by reservation. First govt should make them stand on their own by helping them edcationally and financialy . and the reservation should be eradicated from Indian society. to make india bloom.

reservation policy is a burning topic in india. reservation is needed to the economically backward people in all communities. basically indian social structure is identified with caste from crache to cemetry. but there are people who are economically poor in all communities. their financial position should be the yardstick to determine the reservation. all are to be given equal opportunities.when opportunities are bright people will try to concentrate on education thereby decent living will be achieved. any policy must be aimed to help the majority of the people. hence the problem must be analysed from 360 degrees but not with political gains or motivations.
