what is the eviction law for the state of mississippi for an individual renting an apartment?

i'm supposed to move in 3 days, i have 2 small children, 6wk and 11/2 yr old., I want to know if i will have 30 days after or if i go to court if the judge will consider the fact of my kids and give me more time, if anyone has experience with this please share your knowledge
