Are they nice areas to live? I know the taxes will be cheaper there then Sugar land? The commute to Houston seems better than a Northern or Western suburb. Let me know what you think?

Yes, those are nice areas to live. They are doing a lot of development in that area. The commute on hwy 59 is usually pretty fast (it expands from 2 lanes into 4 or 5 very quickly, which poses a problem on the return trip).

This is a bit broad. Are there any areas in particular which you are considering? Sienna Plantation is nice, technically located in the ETJ of Missouri City. I'm pretty sure there are some not-so-nice areas in MO City as well though. Ditto for Stafford.

As far as taxes are concerned, again it depends on where you are talking about. The commute from Sugar Land isn't bad if you can take the HOV lane, but otherwise, I find 59 to be a real pain to travel during rush hour.

The commute will be better for sure. I have friends who live out there and love it. The city is growing quickly to meet it so before you know it you will be in the center of town
