Use rice inside two pantyhose ends to make her boobs. Use a graft for her package and us a stretch dress. Also get him really really drunk and promise him lots of sex.

So, let me understand this, you want your husband to have real breasts and wear a sexy dress?
Well, that's kinda... unusual.. but different strokes for different folks...
Here goes -
Either go to a doctor and get him breast implants (go to a big city with a large gay population - New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Boston ect - there are plastic surgeons who will do this) or have him take a lot of estrogen and female hormones...
The silicone implants will take a lot less time, but the natural breasts from the female hormones will be real
Then, just go to a store that sells dresses for male cross dressers (again, go to a big city with a lot of gay men - like I said above, New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Boston...) and there are special stores that sell large size dresses for guys who want to dress like girls..
Now, the question is, does your husband REALLY WANT TO DO THIS??
The dress is one thing.. he can take it off any time he wants - but the titties are FOREVER... (unless he gets a double mastectomy)
Your husband has to be really willing to do this, or it's not going to work!!!

Ummm, your husband? You want your husband to have boobs and to wear a sexy dress?? Or did you mean that you want big boobs for yourself, to please him and that you wanted to wear a sexy dress? If it's the first, unless you've married a crossdresser, it ain't gonna happen. If it's the latter, invest in a good push-up bra and hit the mall to find a scorching dress. Good luck with either scenario!

Okay Jamie, to the point when men are tired they are slow to sex. but on the flip side they are visual being, very visual, when he sees there are certain erotic zones that blows away his control. Let hims see no too much just a little provocative, the when you go to bed let him feel that body warmth, very few men are able to resist this from their spouses. Forget about the boobs, once he gets into the mood the boobs just serve one purpose and the rest is history. Don't sweat, and let us know if it worked!
