A landscape architect or landscape designer is usually recommended. Depending on what you want done will be dependent on the cost of the design.

you need to elaborate . my assumption of zone 5 is temperate dry , but i live in oz . what are the characteristics of your 5 acres ( i.e is it undulating , water nearby etc . ) it's a fairly bit vague mate ; so before you worry about a cost ; give us something more to go on . ta !
