A urinary tract infection (UTI) just means you have an infection somewhere in the system, from the kidneys, to the bladder,to the urethra leading out. You could have gotten it from wiping the wrong direction, back to front instead of front to back. You may have no drunk enough water and held yourself long enough for the bacteria normally present in your urine to take hold. The bacteria may have come from his hands or even yours- hard to tell. It just means you have an infection, and loads of people get them every day, with or without the sex/hand job. Just drink lots of fluids, water and cranberry juice blends are the best, and take your antibiotics as directed. It will go away in a few days, and it's not a big deal. Keep yourself clean, watch how you wipe, drink plenty of fluids and go when you need to go,and you will do just fine.

Dirty fingers should could do the trick! there could be other explanations, dirty toilets(if you sit), your own hands not being clean when you wipe> unless you are on some kinda of medication which can be strong and therefore cause the infection...

A females urethra is relatively short, so in essense, if he had bacteria on his hands, it is possible. Or it could be that you are holding your urine for long periods of time. Hope this helps!
