How much does a lift for a truck usually run per inch?

wanting to lift my RAM 1500....

Lift kits of different lengths are sold. Usually the higher you go the more it costs. 2 to 4" not to difficult. After that you start to get into major parts changes. Probably looking at about $1500 for a basic start.
