You need to do some self evaluating and figure out what's going on deep inside of you.

You're kind of right, but kind of wrong.
It sounds like you just can't be happy anywhere you go. You want your dream job and that's all you want. That's fine, but you're forgetting that you need to climb the ladder first. You need experience, and when you keep switching jobs your future employers are going to wonder why you can't stay with a job.
I think that for each job, there is a group of people that click. However, the HR department should weed out those who don't. That's why there are interviews. If you didn't think you could be happy there, I don't know why you would even accept the job offer.
I think you REALLY need to look at yourself. Are you trying to be greedy? Are you trying to get to a job that's impossible to achieve without experience? Are you just having a hard time committing?

It is always the person.. It is either the boss or the employee. There is a minimum level of acceptability that you have to achieve in order to keep your job. Sometimes the issue may have to do with communication. Either he is not expressing himself well on what his expectations are of you. Or you are not understanding what his expectations are. If there is any doubt, your responsibility is to ask him questions if you are in doubt. If you have to interface with the public, then you represent the company. Your attitude, dress, ability to interface with the customer/client and support staff will effect the company's bottom line. A poor attitude is contagious and can be enough to let someone go even if they are good in all other aspects of their job. Behavior that might put them at risk of a lawsuit are other actions for dismissal. Sexual harassment, verbal abuse, racial slurs, use of profanity, etc. would fit in this category. Remember, the company does not owe you a living. Your charge is to convince your immediate supervisor that the company is much better with you than with out you.

I dont completely get what you're asking, but if the same situation keeps happening in your life in different ways, the only common factor is you. Take a look at why you're unhappy, what will actually make you happy as far as jobs go and actually stick it out with one! Give it a chance and you might see that its not so bad because work is work!

This is really a perspective on what you do in life. A job is really what you make it. If you work, you probably don't enjoy what you do as it is probably a pressure and resistance problem. Where there is pressure there is resistance. I have been through many jobs. But I can truly say, that I have found what I truly enjoy doing. So I really don't have to work, if you enjoy what you are doing are you really working? Anyways, enough of this. Find what you really truly enjoy doing. Something that is what you would do for free if you didn't have to worry about paying bills. If you have to go to school for it, just remind yourself of the pay off of enjoying what you do.

Absolutely not, and don't believe it unless you want to change jobs every year. It's just a matter of finding the right mix of personnel that you blend in with. I changed jobs six times until I found the right one and I excelled at my work and received promotions and salary increases right up to the time when I retired.

Some jobs suck so you can't generalize like that. There are jobs for you out there that you would like. You just have to figure out which ones they are then go for them. Learning from experience is good so trying a job is ok. Good luck porkchop.

You're eventually going to have to make the decision to stick with something, even if it's not fun. They call it "work" for a reason.
