He's a magician. His tricks can be explained. For example, the bringing the dead fly back to life trick: the fly is frozen, the heat of the hands bring it back to life.
The numbers he guesses: these are all likely guesses for the questions he asks. The odds are greatly in his favour. They likely edit out what he gets wrong.
He is very good, though.

I really don't know. You have David Blane that seems to almost struggle with his magic, then you have someone like Chris Angel aka "Mind Freak" that can fly in on a wimb. So I think it's all in mind manipulation. who has a better way of convincing.

i don't know. david blaine freaks me out!! but if he could do real supernatural magic, why would he also do lame tricks like card tricks????? why would he even be interested in magic tricks, if he really had supernatural powers? and instead of doing stuff like "reading people's minds," why wouldn't he do something USEFUL like go to starving people and create bread out of thin air or something? :P
