It was also suggested to me that the more lesbian a porno is, the straighter the guy watching is. what do you think.
I used to think that most men were straight, but now I have a sneaking suspicion that most men have gay tendencies and thoughts. In other words, all men are gay but on any level from 0 to full blown.

Well, Freud did confirm that all humans are inherently bisexual. All that means is that we have the capability to have sexual contact with either sex. I think this is more of a factor during childhood when personal exploration and puberty are in full swing. My opinion: If someone's got "gay tendencies" and is in a heterosexual and monogamous relationship, they need to either be honest with themselves or remain faithful to their main choice.
As far as the lesbian factor behind a porno...I personally would rather see male/female action so I can envision myself in the guy's place. But I don't necessarily think that's an indication of me wanting to DO the guy.

Well, you say "all men are gay but on any level from 0 to full blown" . . . so I suppose the men at zero are the ones who aren't 'a little gay', and are completely straight.
Personally, I believe that there are men and women who are completely straight, who aren't lying to themselves or repressing anything- they just love the opposite sex. That said, the majority of people have entertained the thought at one time or two, making them, I suppose, 'a little gay'. I don't believe, however, that everyone is a little bit gay or bisexual- that's just not fair to say to the people who don't actually feel that.
As for the whole lesbian porno thing, I've never heard that. I don't know how a porno gets "more lesbian" than any other- I mean, once it's lesbian, isn't any more lesbianism just . . . well, still lesbian? Anyways, I doubt the theory. What about bisexual men who get off on lesbian porn? I just doubt it, but possible for some men, I suppose.

I hate when someone uses the word "only" - it is usually leading up to a BIG generalization. And, I hate generalizations:) Most of my gay friends have liked music that was big and flamboyant - Madonna would definitely fit the bill on those counts. I have also heard the theory that gay men like Barbra Steisand - sort of goes along with all of that. I guess it's sort of like the generalization that gay men like show tunes... Although I have to laugh, years ago I met a friend in a bar that was probably 90% gay and they had big screen tv's everywhere with musical videos and ..... Yep, show tunes. Good question!

No I don't think so. But it's kind of a trend:
1) a certain people are persecuted
2) they fight the persecution and the discrimination
3) They become more numerous and common.
THis goes for every, race, religion, etc. Now it's kind of happening for gays.
I'm not gay, and as I guy I think it's just wierd, but I wouldn't attack someone because they are gay.
No, not all men are gay.
I'm not gay to any degree.

It's natural that a straight guy could have an erotic dream about a man. Same goes for a woman. However that doesn't make them gay.
On a side note this question reminded me of a comic bit, I can't remember which comic, maybe Ron White. He said he could prove any straight guy could be gay. Example "Bob do you watch porn"? "Yeah". "Do you watch porn with a guy and a girl"? "Of course". "Well when do prefer the girl gets banged by a small limp dick or a big hard one"? "A big hard one".....

If your thinking that seeking companionship is gay then your wrong. Everybody needs spiritual love which has nothing to do with sex. Thats why I stay away from women who think life is about physical attraction and have empty minds.
