ok well obviously im a girl and i couple of days ago i realized a like bump kinda looked liked it had swelled a little bit near my vagina. i dont know what it is and im really worried i mean at first i thought it was a bug bite or something but i dunno. im only 14 and so ive never had sex or anything like that, so what could be the cause of it? Should i Be worried?...because im freaking out!!!

if it's really concerning to you, you should bear the uncomfortableness and probably visit a doctor .

It's more than likely either an ingrown hair or a pimple. Amazingly enough you do get pimples down there. It's from using a thicker toilet paper that has some sort of lotion on it, you should be very careful about what you use. You should keep an eye on it for a couple of days. If it comes to a white head, pop it. It will hurt very very very badly, but it's better than going to a doctor and having them pop it. A good way to pop it would be, soak a needle in rubbing alcohol, and poke it into the tip of it. It pops it without as much pain as squeezing it. But no matter what you do, it's going to hurt. TRUST ME!!!!!!

it is probably an ingrown hair or gland or whatever but it could be a skin tag where skin grows a little more after been irritated or whatever...yeah wait a bit like the others say but if it seems real abnormal to you or you are freaking go to family planning or womandoc where they have seen it all before ..you kinda at that age where lots of crappy woman things new too so you may as well set your mind at rest now

i know what you are talking about. dont freak out, it's probably just an ingrown hair or something like that. dont mess with it and see if it goes away in a couple days. then go to the doctor if it's still there. but honestly, i dont think you have anything to worry about.

Could be a ingrown hair bump. Does it hurt? Is it red? I have had those b4. Just wait a couple of days and see if it goes away....if not tell ur mom or the doctor.

I would think it was probably an ingrown hair or something. I get those at times. They sometimes hurt a little on me, but go away after a few days. I've also gotten pimples down there too...weird.

If you have a mom, you need to ask her,, sometimes we get ingrown hair, that may be the case,, don't get to upset, maybe you should talk to a family member.

It could just be an swollen gland....but if you never had any sex...
why not ask mom?she can take you to a doctor and ease your mind..have you had, sex without intercourse?

i'd freak out too. and i'd take my freak on and tell a parental unit. then you and your parents can get your freak on to the doctor. they'll help if it's really concerning you. ;)
