I am looking for a free tool that will display all external links/URLs on a Web page. Anyone know of any?

Use opera internet browser. It has links panel which capture all the links of the webpage. It also has integrated download manager that can download them all.

Go into View in the Tool Bar and select StatusBar. When you highlight the link with your mouse the link (URL) will appear in the Status bar at the bottom of the browser.
You can also right click on the link and select Properties. Left click on the URL on the left side and drag to the right. This will reveal the entire URL. you can even stretch the Property's Box to reveal more of the URL without highlighting it.
Sorry if this was not what you wanted.

By the way. Jorlan's answer is much better.
