I don't see any possibility to see Myspace shut down in my lifetime.
However, if it faces sudden extreme financial trouble, it may shut down, but it is quite unlikely to happen to such a popular site.

i agree myspace will probably never shut down a lot of people use it and bands are promoted on that site!!

no time soon. people always start little chain msgs and rumors on myspace about it closing and tom aways ends up clearing it up.
