All I can say to this is that Uranus couldn't hold that proximity to a black hole, because the Time dialation efects would be visible from here do to the redshift, also the gravitational effetcs would make the planet and it's moons look like they had been stretch by the gravitational forces of the black hole

Another Question, but do you even know what a Black hole is, if not i suggest you read up as much as you can about the physics of the black hole itself.
