The "answer" would vary tremendously depending on what country you're talking about. For the US? Possibly immigration and import issues.

For less developed countries? Climate without question.

Inmy opinion seems acid rain in the developed nations while in the developing nations environmental degradation such as leaching soil by heavy rain & floodsbesides intesity of sun warming.
