I had the exact same problem for years. I'm now in my 50's. I too had all the tests, which came back normal. My problem was irregular heartbeats. (palpitations). I was told they were benign, or harmless. There are hundreds of different kinds of arrythmias, but just a few are dangerous. After having the tests, and realizing that nothing was wrong, that alone, made me feel better. When they continued, my doc. gave me Atenolol, a beta-blocker. It worked for a short while. Hated it. Then, as more time went by, I read an article about taking Fish Oil Capsules, with Omega 3, EPA, and DHA. I started taking two a day, and the palpitations STOPPED, and NO, I'm not selling anything. Try it, and see what happens. Also, excersize works well, too. Oh, and no alcohol, no smoking, no caffeine, no sugar, eat a lot of fruits & veggies, and drink water.

It's hard to read this question as you really sound like you're in pain. You have what sounds like obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). OCD is diagnosed when when intrustive thoughts can't be stopped from popping up and it has nothing to do with your heart or your will power. This is a biological issue.
See a dr.-either a GP who will send you to a psychiatrist or go directly to a psychiatrist who will treat you.
folks with OCD have had remarkable results with anti-depressants.
Don't deny religous or philosophical issues-they are important and will most likely play an important part in your life...just ensure you're medicated when you consider them!
Best of everything.

i don't know of any links, but just know that everyone dies.
worrying about your heart is something that you must do because you are afraid. whats life without worries and problems. its an adventure we all need to face. say to yourself "im happy and there is nothing wrong with me". hope and believe.
you only can save yourself from this. think positive. thats what most of my friends tell me.. maybe it will work for you..
i tried..

you sound like you have anxiety problems....I would suggest seeing a therapist or psychologist to help you with this problem..It is not that you have problems with your heart but most likely your mind..There is help for this dont get discouraged..I have issues with anxiety though not sever I know some of the feelings you are feeling..you should talk to your doctor about your anxiety and even though its hard be honest with your doctor they are not there to judge, they want to help but cannot do it without all the information.
