They have a pathetic offense. They don't have a QB that can get the ball deep to Lee Evans, who is the best player on the offense. Losman is awful, but you know that.

just like the last two GM's of the Bills, people don't seem to understand that the problem is in the trenches.
The offensive line is one of the worst in the league...Willis could be an elite back and Losman could be decent if they actually made an attempt to improve the OL.

They need a qb if they get a qb all problems are solved Willis Mcgahee is one of the best backs when healthy Lee Evans is a stud their defense is good enough and they have good special teams

They have a Game managing strategy (like Jags and buckeyes)
meaning they never want to get in shootouts
you do this by emphasising Defense, Smashmouth run game, and a smart QB
but they don't have enough tallent in certain places
(Thats why they hang in most games but don't win)

Because they don't have a QB like Jim Kelly or Doug Flutie(who they treated like garbage) because of the owner.
