I don't remember the last time but the biggest boost was when one of my high school teachers told my mom that he didn't know what it was about me but if he could bottle it and sell it he'd be a millionaire. Another time this girl told me she had never met anyone like me. That could be bad or good but I took it as good.

The last time someone boosted my ego?? hmm, was a couple months ago when i was walking with my son, and while being pregnant had a guy whistle and tell me i was a hot mommy... LOL... Hey i'll take a compliment anyway its served!!! LOL

Sometime last week. But the boost lasted maybe a minute if even that long. The guy told me that he was thinking about me, amongst some other things, but i didn't believe him.

I don't rely on others to boost my ego.
I boost my own.
I find myself so much more reliable, interested, and timely: other people simply don't boost my ego as well as I do for myself.

I just started a new job 2 weeks ago. Almost every day someone tells me I did a good job. (quite a change from last job where boss frequently berated his employees, even told one she was a "waste of space")

this pepsi vendor at work always gives me compliments saying how beautiful iam and he even gave me some roses and a card for my birthday last year.
