Did you go to the school of hard knocks?
Or was life a walk in the park?
Were you born with a silver spoon?
Or are you blue collar?
Did you climb your way up the ladder?
Or did you start at the top?

I came from a family from the school of hard knocks,
but their knowledge made my life a walk in the park.
My spoon was not silver but stainless steel,
the blue collar history gave the white collar appeal
the appeal made me want to climb up the ladder,
but the walk in the park made the ladder not matter,
and soon i fell down it and I became fatter.
when i realized that i had fallen down to the bottom,
i started back up to from where i had fallen.

Yes, life is a walk in the park!
No, silver spoon - mostly my Mom's Breast! (I've been told)
No, blue collar - it's white!
Yes, I climbed the ladder!
No, I repeat, I climbed the ladder!

1) Life was neither--I went to school. It wasn't easy, it wasn't hard. I don't have my parents money.

2) I was born TO a silver spoon, but I do not have any of their own money. I am my own person.

3) Still climbing TO the ladder--just graduated.

I'm definitely climbing the ladder... woudln't say it was a life of hard knocks or a walk in the park, had my fair share of both, and I was born to work hard now, be rewarded later.

School wasn't exactly easy or difficult once I put my mind to it. I started at different levels at different jobs. I like the one I have now. Been here over 15 years.
