lol... I like Christina's answer. That is definitely one way of doing it. I think it really depends on the person. My belly shed off so quick I didn't even do anything. I gained 40 lbs during pregnancy and got back down to 110 without one sit up or diet. It literally fell off of me. No stretch marks either. I'm now pregnant for the second time and I'm sure life wont be so good to my body this time. But most of my friends cant get rid of their tummys either I would suggest sit ups and jogging though. That's always helped me get firm. Good Luck to you and if you cant lose it just look at it as a mommy badge!

You can do sit-ups but you have to be consistent. I use a balance ball for my sit-ups.. do a combination: sit-ups, crunches, and the side to side sit-ups. Also pilates are great for the abs!! You should do some ab work every day because the abs are different and harder to work then other muscles. Remember to exhale when sitting up so that your tummy is not pouched out, you want to pull your belly button in during the up movements. A tummy tuck is another option, but if you plan on having any other children it is not advised because it will weaken the muscles that the surgery works on.

Sit ups are great but if you nurse your baby it pulls that tummy right it Just eat healthy NO junk food or caffeine or any thing that makes you gassy as it will make the baby gassy.Lots and lots of water. I looked like Barbie doll in 3 weeks big bust no butt no tummy just from nursing and taking care of the baby

Walk a lot, do sit ups and always keep your stomach muscles tight by breathing and standing straight, it helps a lot. I had 2 kids by two Cesarean sections and my tummy's flat!

wear tight pair of jeans or tummy belt. also do some sit ups on empty stomach. You need to do so for about 6months.

lay flat on the bed and do leg lifts...first 1 leg 10 x then the other then both legs and hold. but wait until your doctor says its ok.
Sit on the floor....hold your baby out in front of you ..lean back and then sit up..you are tightening your back and stomach
walk walk walk

if you had a c-section you have to do pelvic tilt's first then you do the sit-up's. it will take time. i had my daughter 2 1/2 year's ago and i still have a stomach. i had a c-section. still working on it. so it will take time. good luck.
