I have very what society would consider 'delusional thinking.' However, I feel my place of thought is not disorderly, it's just different and abstract. Sometimes my teacher will 'lose me' or won't understand what I am trying to say because of the complexity.

If a person is difficult to follow in terms of writing, what does it mean? I don't understand, although sometimes I do get overwhelmed with all of the thoughts I get. I just want to know what someone like a teacher would think of this, I hope they don't like me for this or something.

The vocabulary is not the problem. My teacher said I should use more simple words, because the words I choose - which are for a reason - make it seem confusing. (not to me but to the teacher)

Try to take your thinking and put it in the simplest form, still saying the same thing but allowing others to share in it. speak to them not above them, this will clear the problem. We all have the same relations in an abstract sort of way.

I am thinking that what you need to do is learn to organize your thoughts better, and perhaps, brush up on your vocabulary skills. This would help a lot with the problem you are having expressing your thoughts. Expanding your vocabulary will reward you because then you will never be at a loss for which word you need to express your thoughts. When I was younger, I kept a dictionary handy so that when I was reading or just watching TV, if a word came up that I was not familiar with, I would quickly look it up and familiarize myself with it. It greatly improved my vocabulary.
